Refund & Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
*(exceptions may apply, please contact us so we can evaluate your case scenario)

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions shall be met:

  • your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it;
  • the original packaging may be required;
  • we may require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Return/Exchange of Faulty Products

The customer has the right to return (or exchange) the delivered products if they are found to be defective or have other non-conformities in relation to the purchased products.

Except in the event that, at the time of purchase, the consumer has been duly informed of the lack of conformity of the goods and he/she has expressly accepted it, under the applicable legal and regulatory terms.

If the product has not been used, the return can be made within 30 days after receiving the order.

Return of Products due to Cancellation

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the products you have ordered you may return them to us within 30 calendar days of receiving them, provided that:

  • The products have not been washed or used;
  • The product maintains its original characteristics and the packaging is not damaged (carefully opened packages will not be considered damaged);
  • The product is complete (e.g. both items of a pair must be returned);
Non-Refundable Items

Several types of items are considered non-returnable/refundable:

  • gift cards;
  • digital/downloadable products;
  • products that have been adulterated;
  • products on sale;
  • custom or personalised products (exceptions may apply!)
Shipping Returns

To return your product, you can either:

  • mail your product to:

  • OR, personally come to Desfigura’s shop in Guimaraes;



If you decide to send the returning products by post you will have to bear the shipping costs.
However, the shipping costs may (or may not) be reimbursed depending on the reason for the return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (depending on the original payment method).



If your return is justified by the existence of a defect or non-compliance with the products ordered, Desfigura will assume the costs of shipping and return (if any). If your return has been made for reasons other than the justified existence of defect or non-compliance with the ordered products, Desfigura will not refund shipping costs.
